Enterprise 50 is an annual award programme organised by the Small and Medium Industries Development Corporation (SMIDEC) and Deloitte Malaysia, with suppoorting sponsorship by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) and RHB Bank Berhad, to celebrate and highlight the achievements of enterprising homegrown companies that are well positioned for future.
The award programme, which started in 1996, is supported by YB Dato' Seri Rafidah Aziz, Minister of International Trade and Industry and recieves an increasingly good response every year.
Enterprise 50 is open to all unlisted, local enterprises with the latest 3 years of audited financial statements. 50 winners are slected from amongst the nominations received and the evaluation is based on key financial and non-financial factors.
